<br />SONDRA E. GIESE, a single person, herein called the GRANTOR, for and in
<br />consideration of the cancellation of indebtedness owing from GRANTOR to GRANTEE, does
<br />grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN
<br />ASSOCIA nON OF GRAND ISLAND, a federal savings and loan association, herein called the
<br />GRANTEE, the following-described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:

<br />with Grantee's successors and assigns that Grantor is lawfully seized of said premises, that they
<br />are free from encumbrance and that Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell the same,
<br />and Grantor hereby covenants to warrant and defend the title to said premises against the lawful

<br />obligations by virtue of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated April 9, 2003 and which is
<br />described in a Deed of Trust filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, on or about April 14, 2003 as Instrument No. 200304481.

<br />Grantor declares that this conveyance is freely and fairly made, and that there are no
<br />agreements, oral or written, or other than this deed, between Grantor and Grantee with respect to
<br />said land.
