<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />That the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, of Washington, D.C., (hereinafter called "Grantor"), in consideration
<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Nesle Hoops, a single person, (hereinafter called "Grantee"), whether one or more, the following described
<br />property described as follows:

<br />The South Sixty-Six (66) feet of Lot Four (4) and Lot Five (5), Block Eighty-Six (86),
<br />Wheeler and Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until

<br />
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
<br />
<br />The Grantor does hereby covenant with the Grantee and with the Grantee's heirs and assigns to warrant and defend the title to
<br />said premises against all persons claiming the same from, through or under Grantor.
<br />
<br />The foregoing property was acquired by Grantor pursuant to the National Housing Act, as amended (12 U.S.C. ~ 1701 ~ g:g.)
<br />and the Department of Housing and Urban Development Act (42 U.S.C, ~ 3531).
<br />
<br />In witness whereof, the undersigned has set his/her hand and seal as a principal and/or officer of Best-Assets, Inc.,
