<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Reynolds
<br />& Ziska Inc., a Nebraska Corporation, to TierOne Bank, successor to United Nebraska Bank (by merger),
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated December 23, 2002, and recorded February 24, 2003 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as entered in as Instrument No. 0200302122, has been paid,
<br />and said Beneficiary does hereby request that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.

<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />the persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of
<br />Trust in the following described premises, but only as to such premises:
