Rodcnhaugh, a single person, a/k /a Burrower. <br />The Trustee is DALE M. SHOTKOSKI, Assistant City Attorney, <br />The Beneficiary is THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, a municipal city corporation, a /k/a Lender. <br />Burrower irrevocably conveys to Trustee, in trust, with power of sale, the following! <br />Lot Eight (8), Lincoln View Estates Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Together with all the rents and profits thercfmm and subject to casements and restrictions of record, if any. <br />r1 <br />C,. <br />t. <br />c. <br />c.; <br />e' <br />Borrower owes Lender Twelve Thousand Two IIundred and Twenty Live Dollars ($12,225.00), evidenced by <br />Borrower's note of even date, payable according to the terms thereof. <br />This Security instrument secures to Lender the Debt evidenced by said note, the payment of all other awns, with <br />interest, advanced under the provisions hereafter to protect the security and the performance of Borrower's <br />covenants and agreements. <br />Borrower covenants that Borrower is lawfully seised of such real estate and has the legal power mid lawful authority <br />to convey the same and warrants and will defend title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all persons. <br />This Decd of Trust shall be deemed subordinate to the Deed of Trust between the Borrower and Co minunity <br />Mortgage Company of Grand Island executed on December 18, 2002, which secures the balance of the debt for the <br />purchase of the above described real estate. <br />BORROWER AND LENDER AGREE AS FOLLOWS: <br />I. Borrower shall pay when due, the principal and interest as provided in said note. <br />2. Borrower shall pay all general real estate taxes and special assessments against the property before the same <br />become delinquent. <br />3. If Lender determines that any part of the property is subject to a lien, which is or may attain priority over this <br />security instrument, Lender may give Burrower, a notice identifying the lien and Borrower shall satisfy the lien within 10 <br />days. <br />
