THIS D ED is dated and executed this i'llyi day of <br />200, by James I. Shamberg, Attorney at Law, <br />rustee, and is with reference to Deed of Trust wherein D. D- Lemke <br />and Frieda M. Lemke, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Lonnie <br />D. Davis is Truster and James I. Shamberg is Trustee; <br />WHEREAS, Truster, for valuable consideration and in order to <br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did <br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on June 14, 1994, and <br />identified as Document No. 94- 105091, conveying to Trustee, <br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate <br />described in said Deed as follows. to -wit: <br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, Block 4, College Addition to <br />West Lawn in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and <br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed <br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and <br />described be now released to said Trustors. <br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey <br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim <br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the <br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and <br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining. <br />JAMZ9 B1.
