<br />This notice of pending action is pursuant to Nebraska Revised
<br />Statue 25 -531, so as to charge third person with notice of a
<br />pending action against. the Respondent, Brian Scott Smith. The
<br />pending action against said Respondent Brian Scott Smith has been
<br />served for an action before the District Court of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, Case No. 103 -234 for approximately 6,000 plus dollars.
<br />This notice while pending, no interest can be acquired by third
<br />persons in the subject matter there of as against the Petitioner.
<br />Petitioner seeks enforcement of the Court's Order, against the
<br />Respondent for child support, child support medical reimbursement,
<br />child support health insurance premiums, as well as the Court's
<br />judgement of arrears child support medical reimbursement. Child
<br />support is defined in the Nebraska Revised Statues 42- 364.13,
<br />43- 1705,43- 1712.01, 43 -512, 43 -290, 42 -369. Additional notice
<br />Nebraska Revised Statues 42 -371, gives presidence to child supper+
<br />liens against any others, as there has been no documents executed
<br />by the Petitioner subordinating, said child support lien.
<br />This notice has been served upon the Register of Deeds for Hall
<br />County, Nebraska to be recorded against the Respondent's
<br />following real property Hall County, Nebraska, Lot 10 and the
<br />east one half of Lot 11, Routing's third subdivison, city of
<br />Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska.
