The Permanent Rights Agreement pertains to a tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Northwest Quarter (SVzNWYa) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described on the attached Exhibit "A ". Assignor obtained its interest in the Permanent Rights Agreement pursuant to the terms of an Assignment executed December 16, 2002 by GIAET, L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company, successor in interest to H &H under the Permanent Rights Agreement, and recorded in the Office of the Hall County Register of Deeds.
