KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Larry's Steel and
<br />Welding Inc., A Nebraska Corporation, Truster, to Heritage Bank, Trustee, for the benefit of Heritage
<br />Bank, the Beneficiary named herein, dated May 29, 2002, and recorded May 31, 2002 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 200205835 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reeonveyance be executed and delivered as
<br />confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW TIIEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />rcconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises but only to such promises:
<br />The Southerly 37.1 Feet of Lot Hight (8), and all of Lot Nine (9), all in Block Two (2), West Subdivision,
<br />an addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
