<br />by that certain Assignment of Leases and Rents executed by and between OMAHA PAPER STOCK
<br />COMPANY, INC. ( "ASSIGNOR "), a Nebraska corporation, and FIRST NATIONAL BANK OF
<br />OMAHA, a national banking association ( "ASSIGNEE "), dated September I, 20W, and recorded
<br />October 2, 2000, in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, in Instrument
<br />Number 200008150 has been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of said payment, and in accordance with the request of
<br />ASSIGNOR, the undersigned BANK does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to
<br />ASSIGNOR all of the interest to the described premises in Exhibit A, but only as to Such premises.
