WITNESSETH: WIIEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as: LOT EIGHT (8) IN WESTWOOD PARK FIFTII SUBDIVISION IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, IIALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA; which Deed of Trust/Mortgage was dated December 4 2007 and filed for record on December G 20011 by the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200112557 WHEREAS, such Deed of'rrust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of December 1, 2002; WIIEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of 'trust /Mortgage above described in the following respects: 1. MA'T'URITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage is hereby AMENDED TO December 1, 2003. 2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the date first noted above.
