<br />NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the District Court of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, wherein Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, successor to
<br />Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, is Plaintiff and Roger A. Schofield, et al. are the
<br />Defendants, the object and prayer of which is to obtain an accounting fi-om said Defendant,
<br />Roger A. Schofield, of the amount due Plaintiff on the Deed of Trust dated December 12, 1997,
<br />and filed in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on December 16, 1997,
<br />as Instrument No. 97- 110611, wherein Roger Allen Schofield, a single person, mortgaged and
<br />conveyed to Plaintiff the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Nebraska, to-
<br />wit:
<br />Lots Six (6) and Seven (7), Block Eighty -Nine (89), Wheeler and
<br />Bennett's Fourth Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska;
<br />to obtain a foreclosure of said Deed of Trust, and to have the same declared a lien upon the
<br />interests of Defendants, Roger A. Schofield et al., in said real estate and appurtenances thereto;
<br />to have said real estate and appurtenances sold to satisfy the amount so found due, together with
<br />the cost of suit and to foreclose the said Defendants of all right, title, interest, lien, claim,
<br />demand, and equity of redemption whatever in and to the said real estate and appurtenances
<br />thereto, together with such other and further relief as to the court may seem just and equitable
<br />Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank,
<br />successor to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation,
<br />Plaintiff.
