<br />Federal Savings, a Federal Savings Bank and which was filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds

<br />And the undersigned, Security Federal Savines, does hereby acknowledge and declare that any lien which
<br />they may have or claim upon the real estate described as Lot Two (2). Sussex Place Second Subdivision in the
<br />City of Grand Island Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Under and by virtue of said trust decd instrument recorded in the Office of Register of Deeds of Lancaster
<br />County, Nebraska, as instrument No. 98- 105238, shall be and remain at all times subject, junior and inferior in
<br />lien to the lien of Security Federal Savings, a Federal Savines Bank and identified as

<br />paramount in lien upon the above described real estate over any lien or claim of lien of the undersigned,
