<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Dust of Trust MICHAEL J ROHWEDER and SHEILA
<br />A ROHWEDER, HUSBAND AND W IF'E, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated August 20, 1998 and recorded August 26, 1998 in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as entered Instrument # 98- 108351 of the 'I'rust Deed Records of said
<br />County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
