<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the
<br />Trust Deed, executed by Richard D. Wiseman and Kimberly A. Wiseman, as Husband and Wife,
<br />D /B /A Capital Liquor, Whose address is 103 Beachwood Drive, Grand Island, NE 68803, as
<br />Truster, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley
<br />State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the 19°x, day of June, 2002 and
<br />recorded on the 18th day of November, 2002, at the Register of Deeds Office, FLall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200212705 has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of .such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant,
<br />remise, release, and reconvey m the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real
