<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deeds of Trust dated February 24, 1999 and August 7, 2000, executed by David L.
<br />Goosic and Kathleen A. Goosic, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is
<br />named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds Office as Instrument No 99- 102291 on March 3, 1999 and
<br />Modification of said Deed of Trust dated October 27, 1999, recorded as Instrument No
<br />0099110612, and Deed of Trust filed August 15, 2000 as Instrument No 0200006585, and
<br />Modifications of said Deed of Trust dated May 4, 2001, recorded as Instrument No.
<br />0200104322 on May 10, 2001, and Modification dated August 3, 2001 and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 0200108023 on August 10, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Ten (10), in Westwood Park Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 18th day of December, 2002.
