<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 94- 101927
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered; ALSO releasing an Adjustable Rate Rider filed May 15, 1994 as Doc #
<br />94- 102103; and a Deed of Trust Modification Agreement filed Nov 2, 1998 as Doc # 98- 110726
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:

<br />NEBRASKA, ALSO KNOWN AS THE WEST 90' OF LOT SIXTEEN (16), IN ED ROSS
<br />SUBDIVISION, NO. TWO (2) HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
