<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />Whereas, William E. Langdon is the Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated April
<br />21, 2000, executed by Joseph A. Cervenka Jr. and Marcelene R. Cervenka
<br />Trustor(s) for the benefit of BWM Mortgage, LLC, filed May 1, 2000 as Inst.
<br />No. 0200003469, assigned to Wachovia Bank of Delaware, N. A., in the office
<br />of the register of deeds of Hall County, Nebraska; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested a reconveyance of the trust
<br />property to the person or persons entitled thereto;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />undersigned as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
