<br />68802, (herein "Truster "); and HOWARD E. TRACY whose mailing
<br />address is 706 West Koenig Street, Grand Island, NE 68801,
<br />(herein "Trustee "); and FRED H. BOSSELMAN AND MAXINE BOSSELMAN,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship
<br />and not as tenants in common, whose mailing address is 2717
<br />Cottonwood Road, Grand Island, NE 68801 (herein "Beneficiary ").
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, including the indebtedness
<br />identified herein and the trust herein created, the receipt of
<br />which is hereby acknowledged, Truster irrevocably grants,
<br />transfers, conveys, and assigns to Trustee, IN TRUST, WITH POWER
<br />OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and
<br />subject to the terms and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the
<br />real property located in Hall County, Nebraska, and legally
<br />described as:
<br />(1) Lot Eight (8), Woodland Second Subdivision, an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />(2) Lot One (1), Bosselman Brothers Subdivision, an
<br />addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,

<br />TOGETHER WITH, all rents, profits, royalties, income and
<br />other benefits derived from the real property; all leases or
<br />subleases covering the real property or any portion thereof, now
