<br />Pedro Leon and Hilda Sanchez�Husband and Wife, Parties of the First Part, and George Molcryk,
<br />1 a single person, Party of the Second part.

<br />173 'WHEREAS the Parties of the First Part are the owners ofthe following described real estate,

<br />Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred Twenty-Seven (127), Union Pacific Railway
<br />MCompany's Second Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />to
<br />WHEREAS, the Party of the Second Part is the owner of the following described real estate,
<br />to -wit
<br />Lot Seven (7), Block One Hundred Twenty-Seven (127), Union Pacific Railway
<br />Company's Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and,
<br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to create for themselves, their heirs, successors and
<br />assigns, a joint driveway easement as the same is now situated on the two parcels of land referred
<br />to above.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual promises, obligations and rights created
<br />herein the Parties of the First Part do hereby give, grant and convey to the Party of the Second Part,
<br />his heirs, successors and assigns, a right-of-way easement over, along and across that portion of the
<br />southerly 80 feet of the East side of Lot Six (6), Block One Hundred Twenty-Seven (127) of the
<br />Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, where
<br />saidjoint driveway is now situated. The Party of the Second Part does hereby give, grant and convey
<br />to the Parties of the First Park, their heirs, successors mid assigns, a right -of -way over, along and
<br />across that portion of the southerly 80 feet of the West side of Lot Seven (7), Block One Hundred
<br />Twenty-Seven (127) of the Union Pacific Railway Company's Second Addition to Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, where said joint driveway is now situated.
<br />Thejoint driveway or easement thus created shall be for thejoint use ofthe parties hereto and
<br />for their heirs, successors and assigns forjoint driveway purposes. Neither party hereto, their heirs,
<br />successors or assigns, shall use or leave any vehicle or anything else on said driveway so as to
<br />prevent the free and uninterrupted use of said driveway by the other party for the purpose for which
