<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, is a member of the Nebraska State Bar Association as Trustee, under the Deed of Trust
<br />April 15, 1988, executed by Garry L. Thompson and Rosie `I hompson, husband and wife, each in
<br />his own right and as spouse of the other, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is trained as
<br />Beneficiary, and tire undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds Office, entered as Document No. 8 8- 1 0 1965 on April 20, 1988, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, William G. Blackburn, of Grand Island, hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to
