(MD) <br />3415 WEST STATE STREET <br />GRAND ISLAND NE 68803 <br />DEED OF RUST <br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is made this 13th day of December . 2002 among the Truster, <br />COLLEEN A VOSS (A SINGLE PERSON) <br />(herein "Borrower "), <br />Michael F. Rivett (herein <br />"Trustee "), and the Beneficiary, CITIFINANCIAL, INC. (MD) <br />a corporation organized and existing under the laws of Maryland , whose <br />address is 3415 WEST STATE STREET GRAND ISLAND NE 68503 (herein <br />"Lend., "). <br />BORROWER, in consideration of the indebtedness herein recited and the Least herein created, irrevocably grants and <br />conveys to 'Pmstee, in trust, with power of sale, the following described property located in the County of <br />PALL , State of Nebraska: <br />LOT ONE (1) , CEDARVIEW ESTATES SUBDIVISION, HALT, COUNTY, STATE OF <br />NEBRASKA- <br />which has the address of 9506 S NE HWY 11 WOOD RIVER <br />Nebraska 68883 (herein "Property Address "); <br />TOGETHER with all the improvements now nr hereafter erected on the pmperty, and all easements, rights, <br />appinenanees and rents (subject however to the rights and authorities given herein to Lender to collect and apply such <br />rents), all of which shall be deemed to be and remain a part of the property covered by this Deed of Trust; and all of the <br />foregoing, together with said property (or the leasehold estate if this Deed of Trust is on a leasehold) are hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Property "; <br />'1'0 SECURE to Lender the repayment of the indebtedness evidenced by Borrower's note dared 12/13/2002 <br />and extensions and renewals thereof (herein "Note'), in the principal sum of U.S. $ 232, 566.91 , with interest thereon, <br />providing for monthly installments of principal and interest, with the balance of the indebtedness, if not sooner paid, due <br />and payable on 12/16/2032 ; the payment of all other sums, with interest thereon, advanced in accordance herewith to <br />protect the security of this Deed of Trust; and the performance of the covenants and agreements of Borrower herein <br />contained. <br />Borrower covenant, that Borrower is lawfully seised of the estate hereby conveyed and has the right to grant and <br />convey the Property, and that the Property is unencumbered, except for encumbrances of record.
