Pursuant to the terms and conditions of a certain Purchase Agreement between GIAET,
<br />L.L.C., a Nebraska limited liability company ( "Assignor ") and Saint Francis Medical Center, a.:
<br />Nebraska nonprofit corporation ( "Assignee ") dated November 18, 2002, Assignor does hereby
<br />irrevocably assign, transfer, convey and deliver all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to -
<br />that certain Permanent Rights Agreement between Union Pacific Railroad and H & H �..
<br />Partnership, a Nebraska general partnership, dated December 1, 1994 and recorded in the Office
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 94- 109687 which Permanent Rights
<br />Agreement pertains to a tract of land comprising a part of the South Half of the Northwest
<br />Quarter (S' /aNW %s) of Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (I1) North, Range Nine (9) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and more particularly described on
<br />the attached Exhibit "A ".
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Assignor has duly executed this Assignment agreement
