EXTENSION AGREEMENT
<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 1 I th day December, 2002, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender'', and
<br />Trafalgar Investment Company, L.L.C.
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust /Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT TWO (.2), BLOCK TWO (12), TRAFALGAR SQUARE SUBDIVISION, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />Which Deed of Trusti'Mortgage was dated February 1, 2002, and filed for record on February 112002n
<br />by the .Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 0200201329
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust /Mortgage had a stated maturity date of July 1, 2022,
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust /Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76-239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust / Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above- described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO December 1 1 2 02 2.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust /Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
