Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded June 29, 1998, as Instrument No. <br />98- 106299. <br />On or about April 3, 1998, Major Mortgage, a Wyoming Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title <br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
