<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trusturs conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />The East 10 feet of Lot 9, and all of Lot 10, Block 10, Gilbert's Second Addition to
<br />the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, a Wyoming Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on April 7, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 103230. Said Deed of Trust was rerecorded June 29, 1998, as Instrument No.
<br />98- 106299.
<br />On or about April 3, 1998, Major Mortgage, a Wyoming Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title
<br />and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was
<br />recorded July 27, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 107247.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust tc satisfy said obligation.
