<br />You are hereby notified that Donald E. McCulley, a single person, as Tmstor, did on or about January 21,
<br />2000, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said Torsion conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />The North 310 Feet of Lot Eighteen (18) and the North 310 Feet of Lot Nineteen
<br />(19), of Sass Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustor obtained from Home Federal Savings and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on January 21, 2000, in the office of the Register
<br />of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 02000 - 00592.
<br />On or about January 21, 2000, Home Federal Savings and loan Association of Grand Island, Beneficiary,
<br />assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation,
<br />The Assignment was recorded January 21, 2000, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 02000 - 00593.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Tmstor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Tmstor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You arc further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
