The undersigned is the Office Manager for the ATI Title Company located in Grand <br />Island, Nebraska, <br />2. The undersigned is familiar with the chain of title for that real estate commonly known as <br />2411 North Locust Street, Grand Island, NE 68801, same being legally described as: <br />LOT 14, EXCEPT FOR THE SOUTH 5 FEET OF KNICKREHM 7111 <br />SUBDIVISION, GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />3. By virtue of that certain Quitclaim Deed filed February 23, 1988, as instrument Number <br />88- 100887, said real estate was conveyed to Beverly A. Biggs, An Unmarried Person. <br />4. By virme of that certain Joint Tenancy Quitclaim Deed filed February 25, 1988, as <br />Instrument Number 88- 100922, said real estate was conveyed by Beverly A. Biggs, to <br />Cecil F. and Evelyn M. Schrader. <br />5. Said Deed at Instrument Number 88- 100922, did not show a marital status of said <br />grantor, Beverly A. Biggs. <br />6. The undersigned through her own personal knowledge knows that at the time of <br />execution of said deed at instrument Number 88- 100922, said grantor Beverly A. Biggs, <br />was a single person. <br />7.
