<br />Legal Description: Lot seven (7), in Block one (1), Ponderosa Lake Estates Fourth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of

<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned is successor in interest to the original Beneficiary and is the present Beneficiary under the Deed of
