<br />Association, 1308 Galvin Road South, Heritage Square, Bellevue,
<br />Sarpy County, Nebraska, herein referred to as Grantor, as Trustee
<br />under the Trust Deed hereinafter described, for valuable
<br />consideration, hereby grants and conveys to THE SECRETARY OF
<br />HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, his successors and assigns, as
<br />Assignee, Grantee, Attn: Single Family Property Disposition Branch,
<br />c/o First Preston Foreclosure Specialists, 5040 Addison Circle,
<br />Suite 400, Addison, TX 75001, without any covenant or warranty,
<br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate:
<br />Lot Three (3), in Block Twenty -Eight (28), in Gilbert's
<br />Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by a Trust Deed dated September 25, 1998, and recorded on September
<br />28, 1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 98- 109402 wherein Barbara E. Love, an
<br />unmarried individual is named Trustor; and United Nebraska Bank is
<br />named Beneficiary; and United Nebraska Bank is named Trustee,
<br />wherein Trustor granted and conveyed to the Trustee, on the trust
<br />therein expressed, the property above described to secure, among
<br />other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $69,100.00 and interest thereon according to
<br />the terms thereof; that the beneficial interest in said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by United Nebraska Bank to Fleet Mortgage Corp.
<br />by an Assignment dated November 2, 1999 and recorded on November 9,
<br />1999 as Instrument No. 99- 110820 in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. That by Substitution of Trustee
