<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated November 1, 2002, executed by Charles D Bosselman, A
<br />married person; Janet K Bosselman, his wife; Charles D Bosselman Jr., a married person; Laura L
<br />Bosselman, his wife and Brandi K Bosselman, a single person, as Truster, in which Five Points Bank of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as
<br />Document 40200212787 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 19th day of
<br />November, 2002.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />LOT THREE (3), DOWD SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA,
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated November 1, 2002, recorded as
<br />Document #0200212787 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 10th day of November, 2002.
