Quitclaim Deed 200213783 <br />Known all Men By These Presents: <br />That, Heartland Co -op, a Nebraska corporation, Grantor, in consideration of <br />the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100), to it duly paid, the receipt whereof <br />is herby acknowledged, does herby REMISE, RELEASE and forever <br />QUITCLAIM unto Richard D. Hollister, Trustee of the Richard D. Hollister <br />Revocable Trust; Marjorie C. Hollister, Trustee of the Marjorie C. Hollister <br />Revocable Trust; Scott D. Hollister, Trustee of the Scott D. Hollister <br />Revocable Trust; Rita L. Hollister, Trustee of the Rita L. Hollister <br />Revocable Trust; Craig A. Hollister, Trustee of the Craig A. Hollister <br />Revocable Trust; and Nancy L. Hollister, Trustee of the Nancy L. Hollister <br />Revocable Trust, all located at 3280 N. Blaine Avenue, Hastings, NE <br />68901and unto their successors and assigns forever, all of Grantor's right, <br />title, interest, estate, claim and demand, both at law and in equity, of, in, and <br />to the real - estate consisting of 4.59acres more or less, situated in Hall <br />County, State of Nebraska, as more particularly described in Exhibit A, <br />hereto attached and hereby made a part hereof. <br />This deed is made subject to the condition that all taxes and all assessments <br />levied upon or assessed against the said property for any period or time prior <br />to and including the date of this deed shall be payable by the Grantor; that all <br />taxes and all assessments levied upon or assessed against said property for <br />any period or time after the date of this deed shall be payable by the Grantee; <br />Grantee assumes and agrees to pay, or to reimburse the Grantor for, if paid <br />by it, all such taxes and assessments for the period or time after the date of <br />this deed. <br />Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances <br />thereunto belonging, to have and to hold, subject to the aforesaid provisions, <br />the property described in EXHIBIT A unto the said Grantee its successors <br />and assign. <br />In Witness Whereof, the Grantor has caused this deed to be duly executed on <br />its part as of the I' day of December 2002. <br />Heartland Co -op <br />By President <br />GEGENERAL NOTARY -Slate 01 Nebraska <br />SHERLYN PODEW ITZ <br />MY Comm.
