<br />Corporation, does hereby convey to JOHN W. SCHULTZ,
<br />J. SCHULTZ, Husband and Wife, Grantees, as joint tenants and not as
<br />tenants in common, the following- described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), Nottingham Estates
<br />Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditament,, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
