<br />The undersigned is Trustee under a Deed of Trust dated August 11, 2000 and executed by
<br />Dale Semm, as husband and;oint debtor and Diane Semm, as wife and joint debtor.
<br />The Bank of Clarks is named in the Deed of Trust as beneficiary. The Deed of Trust is
<br />recorded as instrument number 0200006638 in the real estate records in the office C
<br />of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. The undersigned
<br />Trustee has received written request to reconvey from the Beneficiary.
<br />Therefore, in accordance with the request and the provisions of the Deed of Trust, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the Trustor(s), all of the
<br />estate and interest derived to the undersigned under the Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />real estate to -wit:
