200212824 On September 10, 2002, copies of the Notice of Default, with the recording data shown thereon, were mailed to the Trustorand all interested parties by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the addresses shown in the Deed of Trust. Afterthe lapse of not less than one (1) month, Martin P. Pelster, Successor Trustee, in consequence of the Notice of Default and in compliance with the terms of the Deed of Trust, did execute a Notice of Trustee's Sale, stating that the above - described property would be sold at public auction to the highest bidder for cash on the lower level lobby of the Hall County Courthouse, at 1" and Locust Streets in Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, on the 27" day of November, 2002 at 10:00 a.m. The Notice of Trustee's Sale was published in the Grand Island Independent, a newspaper having general circulation in Hall County, Nebraska, with the first publication being made on October 15, 2002, and thereafter on October 22, 2002; October 29, 2002; November 5, 2002; and November 12, 2002. On October 17, 2002 and October 22, 2002, copies of the Notice of Trustee's Sale were mailed to the Trustors and other interested parties by certified mail, return receipt requested, postage prepaid, to the proper addresses shown on the Deed of Trust. All applicable statutory provisions of the State of Nebraska and all provisions of the Deed of Trust have been complied with as to the acts to be performed and notices to be given. The above - described property was sold at public auction at the time and place of said sale fixed as aforesaid, to said Grantee, being the highest bidder at said sale, for the sum of $16,500.00.
