Lender and Truster hereby modify the Deed of Trust as follows: <br />E%TENDE THE MATURITY DATE TO NOVEMBER 21, 2022. <br />CONTINUING VALIDITY. Consent by Lender to this Modification does nut waive Lendar's right to require strict performance of the Dead of Trust <br />as changed above nor obligate Lender to make any future modifications.
