<br />CAROL L. KENYON AND HARLON KENYON, wife and husband, each in
<br />her and his own right and as spouse of the other, herein called
<br />the Grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of SIXTY -FIVE 1
<br />THOUSAND AND NO 1100 DOLLARS ($65,000.00) received from Grantee,
<br />do hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto FAITH
<br />ANNETTE OBERG, the following described real estate situated in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), Kenyon Acres Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together
<br />with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
<br />belonging, unto the said Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever. And we hereby covenant with the said Grantee
<br />and with Grantee's heirs and assigns, that we are lawfully seized
<br />of said premises, that they are free from encumbrance, except
<br />public roads and easements and restrictions of record, and that
<br />we have good right and lawful authority to sell the same; and we
<br />hereby covenant to warrant and defend the title to said premises
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. And the
<br />said Grantors hereby relinquish all right, title, claim and
<br />interest in and to the above described premises.
