<br />You are hereby notified that Kimberly Rios and Juan Rios, as wife and husband, as Trusters, did on or about
<br />Novembcr 15, 2001, make, execute and deliver unto First American Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust
<br />wherein said Trustors conveyed the following - described real property:
<br />The Southerly 44 feet of Lots 1 and 2, Block 73, Wheeler and Bennetts Third
<br />Addition, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary of said
<br />Deed of Trust which was recorded on November 28, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of ]Tall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200112184.
<br />On or about November 16, 200t, Mountain West Financial, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interns in the Decd of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded
<br />November 28, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 0200112185.
<br />Camille R Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Dceds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Tmstors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to-wit, that the Trusters have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real properly
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
