<br />You are hereby notified that Miguel A. Martinez, a single person, as Truster, did on or about May 14, 1999,
<br />make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein
<br />said Truster conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The Northerly 67.4 Feet of Lot Ten (10), and the Northerly 67.4 Feet of the
<br />Easterly 20 Feet of Lot Nine (Stall in Block Thirteen (13), in Charles Wasmet's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Tmstor obtained form Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust
<br />which was recorded on May 17, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 99- 105078.
<br />On or about May 14, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in
<br />the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation. The Assignment was recorded July 1, 1999, in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 99- 106673_
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Tmstor has failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
