Martinez, a single person, as Truster, did on or about May 14, 1999, <br />make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein <br />said Truster conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The Northerly 67.4 Feet of Lot Ten (10), and the Northerly 67.4 Feet of the <br />Easterly 20 Feet of Lot Nine (Stall in Block Thirteen (13), in Charles Wasmet's <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Tmstor obtained form Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust <br />which was recorded on May 17, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument <br />No. 99- 105078. <br />On or about May 14, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial interest in <br />the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
