<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by ,
<br />DONALD J VANBI13BER AND NANCY R VANBIBBER, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated NOVEMBER 3. 1997 and recorded NOVEMBER 5. 1997 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />97- 109377 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT FIVE (5) IN BLOCK EIGHT (8) IN WEST VIEW, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND THAT PART OF VACATED NINTH
<br />STREET AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 4948, FILED JANUARY 19, 1971 IN BOOK 21,
<br />PAGE 316.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
