S <br />C <br />WHEREAS, by Trust Deed dated December 15, 2000 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document # 0200010981 <br />William Beck and Amber Beck, husband and wife, did convey certain real estate therein described in <br />trust unto Arend R. Baack, Attorney at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND FINANCE. <br />CO., therein referred to as Beneficiary; <br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has received <br />written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R.
