<br />1. Affiant is a Registered Land Surveyor in the State of
<br />Nebraska, and is now a partner in the firm of Rockwell And
<br />Associates, Engineering & Surveying, Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />2. Affiant further states that on April 8, 2002, he completed a
<br />survey of Country Meadows Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, and that the original plat of said sub-
<br />division is now recorded at the Register of Deeds Office in
<br />the Hall County Courthouse at Grand Island, Nebraska.
<br />3. Affiant further states that he has this date re- examined the
<br />plat of Country Meadows Subdivision, in the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, and has discovered an error in the south
<br />lot dimension for Lot Thirty Two (32), as shown on the plat
<br />drawing.
<br />4. Affiant further states that the south lot dimension for Lot
<br />Thirty Two (32), Country Meadows Subdivision, in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, should be Fifty Nine and Ninety Four
<br />Hundredths (59.94) feet in lieu of Fifty Six and Eighty Eight
<br />Hundredths (56.88) feet, as shown on the plat drawing.
