JENSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE AS <br />JOINT TENANTS. <br />Borrower is the trustor under this Security Instrument. <br />(C) "Lender" is BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. <br />Lender is NATIONAL BANKING ASSOCIATION <br />organized and existing under the laws of THE UN I TED STATES OF AMER I CA <br />Lender's address is 1201 MAIN STREET, 7TH FLOOR, DALLAS, TX 752020000 <br />Lender is the beneficiary under this Security Instrument. <br />(D) "Trustee" is LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CO. <br />(E) "Note" means the promissory note signed by Borrower and dated NOVEMBER 25, 2002 <br />The Note states that Borrower owes Lender F I VE THOUSAND ONE AND 00/ 100 <br />Dollars <br />(U.S. $ 5, 001 .00 ) plus interest.
