<br />WHEREAS, the andersibmed, Five Points Dank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Dust dated November 24, 1992, executed by Charles Fox and Mary A. Fox, married O
<br />Persons, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, IIall County Nebraska, on
<br />December 3, 1992, recorded as Document No. 92- 110404, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Dank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Nine (9), Campbell's Addition, EXCEPT the easterly Two (2.0) feet thereof; and the westerly One
<br />Hundred Fightcen L 18.0) feet of Block Five (5), Hann's Third Addition, all in the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska .
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW TI IEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />'frost, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
