200213469 <br />Limits on Interest Rate Changes <br />U (1) There will be no maximum limit on interest rate changes. <br />® (2) The interest rate I am required to pay at the first Change Date will not be greater than <br />8. 625 % or less than 4.625 %. <br />® (3) My interest rate will never be increased or decreased on any single Change Date by more <br />than Two percentage <br />points ( 2 .000 %) from the rate of interest I have been paying for the <br />preceding period. <br />® (4) My interest rate will never be greater than 11. 625 %, which is called the <br />"Maximum Rate." <br />® (5) My interest rate will never be less than 3.750 %, which is called the <br />"Minimum Rate." <br />0 (6) My interest rate will never be less than the initial interest rate. <br />0 (7) The interest rate I am required to pay at the first Change Date will not be greater than <br />NA % or less than NA %.
