LaPuzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as <br />Grantor, as Trustee under the 'Trust Deed hereinafter described, <br />hereby grants and conveys to U.S. Bank National Association ND, <br />herein referred to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty <br />expressed or implied, all of the following described real estate, <br />to -wit: <br />THE NORTHERLY 63 1/2 FEET OF LOT 1, IN BLOCK 13, OF GILBERT'S <br />ADDITION TO GRAND ISLAND, AS SURVEYED, PLATTED AND RECORDED, <br />IN HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor <br />by that Trust Deed dated the 4th day of September, 1998, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on the 9th day of September, 1998, as Instrument No. 98- <br />108789 of the mortgage records of said county, between Jerry D. <br />Rains and Bobbie J. Andrews, husband and wife, as Trustors, U.S. <br />Bank National.
