<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE. PRESENTS:
<br />Paul J. LIPllzza, Successor Trustee, hereinafter referred to as
<br />Grantor, as Trustee under the Trust Deed hereinafter described,
<br />hereby grants and conveys to U.S. Bank National Association ND,
<br />herein referre9 to as Grantee, without any covenant or warranty

<br />this conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor
<br />by that Trust Deed dated the 10th day of March, 1999, and recorded
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on
<br />the 12`" day o.- March, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 102624 of the
<br />mortgage records of said county, between Ignacio M. Valdez, a
<br />single person, as Truster, U.S. Bank National Association, Trustee
<br />and U.S. Bank Rational Association ND, as Beneficiary, wherein the
<br />Trusi: ors granccd and conveyed to such Trustee, on the Trusts
<br />thexein expressed, the property hereinabove described to secure,
<br />among other obligations, the payment of a certain note and interest
<br />described in said Trust Deed according to the terms thereof and
<br />after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed
<br />authorizing this conveyance by reason of a breach and default by
<br />the Trustors made under the terms of said Trust Deed in the
<br />particulars set forth in the Notice of Default filed by the
<br />Trustee, which default continued until the time of sale at which
<br />sale the property was sold to the highest bidder, the Grantee
<br />RETURN TO;
