<br />referred to as Grantor, as trustee under the trust deed hereinafter described for
<br />valuable consideration, hereby grants and conveys to BRIAN DINKELMAN, Grantee,
<br />without any covenant or warranty, expressed or implied, all of the following described
<br />real estate:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18), except the Westerly Four Feet (4') of Block One (1),
<br />Knickrehm Third Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />This conveyance is made pursuant to the powers conferred on Grantor by a Deed of
<br />Trust dated April 12, 1996, and filed on April 12, 1996, in the Register of Deeds Office
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 96- 102732, wherein Lonnie D. Musil and
<br />Dianne Musil, husband and wife, are Trustors, and The Equitable Building and Loan
<br />Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank is named Beneficiary
<br />and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, is Trustee, wherein the Trustors granted and
<br />conveyed to such Trustee, on the trust therein expressed, the property above described
<br />to secure, among other obligations, payment of a promissory note of even date in the
<br />principal amount of $71,900.00 and interest thereon according to the terms thereof; and
<br />after the fulfillment of the conditions specified in the Trust Deed authorizing this
<br />conveyance as follows:
<br />1) Breach and default were made under the terms of the Trust Deed in the
<br />particular set forth in the notice of default hereinafter referred to, which default
<br />continued until the time of sale.
<br />2) There was filed for record on August 6, 2002, as Document No. 0200208205,
<br />a Notice of Default with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and of election
<br />to sell the property to satisfy the obligations secured thereby and thereafter notice of
<br />the filing of the notice of default was sent in the statutory manner to all persons entitled
<br />to a notice thereof.
