<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,

<br />under the Deed of Trust dated April 26, 2000, and executed by Marleen F Powell and Gordon L�
<br />Powell, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the

<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />County, Nebraska on May 1, 2000, as Instrument No. 0200003426, and Modification of Said
<br />Deed of Trust dated April 30, 2001 and recorded May 7, 2001 as Instrument No. 0200104131,
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows: -
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK FIVE (5) IN BONNIE BRAE ADDITION
<br />AND FRACTIONAL LOT TWO (2) IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK TWENTY TWO (22) IN WALLICH'S
<br />ADDITION, BOTH BEING ADDITIONS TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 27t° day of November, 2002.
