<br />excepting a tract of land conveyed to Frank Stauss, Jr.
<br />described in Deed recorded at Book 160, Page 696 and
<br />except tract condemned by the State of Nebraska,
<br />condemnation proceedings recorded at Book 9, Page 649
<br />and except a tract of land more particularly described
<br />in Quitclaim Deed recorded as Document No. 82- 002506
<br />and excepting a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 93-
<br />108854.
<br />GRANTORS covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one)
<br />with GRANTEE that GRANTORS:
<br />(1) are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances;
<br />(2) have legal power and lawful authority to convey the
<br />same; and
<br />(3) warrant and will defend title to the real estate against
<br />the lawful claims of all persons.
