<br />the benefit of Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation the beneficiary named therein, dated March 11,
<br />1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in Book

<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
