<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by John W. Parker and
<br />Mary S. Parker, Husband and Wife to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation the beneficiary named therein, dated March 11,
<br />1998 and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, in Book
<br />Page , Instrument No. 98- 102441 has been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents grant, realise and reconvey
<br />to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said
<br />Trust Deed in the following described premises but only as to such premises:
