200213244 <br />25. NOTICE. Unless otherwise required by law, any notice shall be given by delivering it or be mailing it by first class mail to the <br />appropriate party's address on page 1 of this Security Instrument, or to mu other address designated in writing. Notice to one <br />mister will be deemed to be notice to all Tmstors- <br />26. WAIVERS. Except to the extent pmlubited by law, Trustor waives any right regarding the marshalling of liens and assets. and <br />hereby releases and waives all rights under and by virtue of the homestead exemption laws of this state. <br />27. OTHER TERMS. Uchecked, the following are applicable to thus Security ° Instrument: <br />® Line of Credit. The Secured Debt includes a revolving lure of credit provision. Although the Secured Debt may be <br />reduced to a zero balance, dos Security Instrument will remain in effect until released. <br />Construction Loan. This Security Instrument secures an obligation incurred for the construction of an improvement on <br />the Properly. <br />Fixture Filing. Tmstor grants to Beneficiary a security interest in all goods that Tmstor owns now or in the future and <br />that are or will become fixtures related to the Properly. Thus Security Instrument suffices as a financing statement mid <br />any carbon, photographic or other reproduction rnav be filed of record for purposes of Article 9 of the Uniform <br />Commercial Code. <br />Additional Terms. <br />28. STATEMENT OF CONDITION. From time to lime. as required by law, Beneficiary shall furnish to Truster or its agent such <br />statements as may be required concerning the condition of the Secured Debt. Beneficiary will charge a fee for such statements as <br />may be permitted b7 law. <br />29. RECONVEYANCE_ Upon payment of all sums secured for this Security Instrument. Beneficiary shall request Trustee to reconvcy <br />the Propemr and shall surrender this Security Instrument and an7 note or instrument evidencing the Secured Debt to the Trustee. <br />Trustee shall reconvev. without warranty. the Property or that portion secured by this Security instrument. To the extent permitted <br />by law, the reconveyanee may describe the grantee as "the parson or persons legally entitled thereto" Neither Benefician nor <br />Tmstee shall have anv duty to determine the rights of persons claiming to be rightful grantees of any reconvcyance. Benefician <br />will charge a fee for such reconve_yance as may be permitted by law. <br />30. RIDERS.
